Snowfall of January 11-12, 2005

A warm front moved north from the Ohio Valley on Tuesday January 11th. Cold air remained entrenched across the Northeast, as high pressure moved east of Maine. The warm air over ran the cold air and produced snow on Tuesday especially from Albany south. Freezing rain was the main form of precipitation on Wednesday the 12th, with temperatures slowly warming above freezing through the day. PNS with snowfalls listed can be found below image.
