Weather Discussion: A fast moving disturbance will bring rain and snow to sections of Central New York overnight, with much less precipitation across northeast Pennsylvania. Mostly dry conditions are anticipated Thursday, before the next storm brings rain, or a wintry mix, Thursday night into early Friday. Friday should ultimately turn windy and colder.
