• 18.0 ROUTE 7 IS IN CORBETTSVILLE UNDER WATER.
• 17.3 SEVERAL INCHES OF WATER SPREADS ONTO THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE BINGHAMTON RIFLE CLUB ON CONKLIN ROAD. IN THE TOWNS OF KIRKWOOD AND CONKLIN THERE IS FLOODING OF MANY HOMES NEAR THE RIVER.
• 16.0 TERRACE ROAD AND HARDIE ROAD OFF OF POWERS ROAD FLOODS.
• 14.3 FLOOD WATERS SPREAD INTO THE YARDS OF SEVERAL HOMES ALONG THE SUSQUEHANNA RIVER IN THE TOWN OF CONKLIN. FLOOD WATERS REACH THE FIRST FLOOR OF SOME HOMES ON STILLWATER ROAD IN CORBETTSVILLE.

• 11.0 FLOOD STAGE. SOME YARDS ON RIVERSIDES IN CONKLIN BEGIN TO FLOOD.
