• 20.0 MODERATE FLOODING BEGINS. THE BRIDGES AT WELLSBURG AND WILAWANNA ARE CLOSED.
• 16.0 FLOOD STAGE...MINOR FLOODING BEGINS. WATER REACHES ROUTE 427 UPSTREAM OF THE CHEMUNG RIVER GAGE.
