  • 11.0 AT 12.6 FEET WATER IS 1 FOOT ABOVE THE FLOOR LEVEL AT THE OLD MILL RESTAURANT IN ROCKWELLS MILS AND MUNEROUR CELLARS ARE FLOODED. THE UNADILLA RIVER BEGINS TO OVERFLOW THE LEFT OR EAST BANK. AT 11.5 FEET THE MAIN FLOOR OF THE OLD MILL RESTAURANT BEGINS TO FLOOD.
