Snowfall February 23, 2011


A storm system moved across the area from early morning on the 21st through the 22nd of February. A large area of snow moved across the area producing 2 to 5 inches across parts of central New York, with 5 to 10 inches across parts of the Southern Tier of New York and Northeast Pennsylvania.
