A cold front and upper level storm system moved slowly across the area on October 25 through 26, 2008. This produced rainfall amounts ranging from 1 to 3 inches across parts of Central New York and Northeast Pennsylvania. The image below shows rainfall reports from cooperative observers and CoCoRahs network. These preliminary values are roughly from 8 AM October 25th to 8 AM October 26th.
