Total, liquid equivalent rainfall from 12z on the 25th through 12z on the 26th ranged from 1 to over 2 inches in a band from north central Pennsylvania through central NY. The heaviest precipitation amounts, in excess of 1.5 inches, fell in a narrower band from Bradford County, Pa. through Broome, Chenango and Madison Counties in NY.
