National Weather Service was Honored with Two Significant Awards as we Approach the 3rd Anniversary of the June 2006 Record Flood
Warning Coordination Meteorologist, David Nicosia, was presented with two awards:
- Maurice K. Goddard Award for Excellence by a Water Management Professional presented by the Susquehanna River Basin Commission on June 18th, 2009.
