of the weather spotter talks are open to the public and this training will
allow individuals to become certified Skywarn™ spotters. Skywarn™ spotters
help the National Weather Service during all types of hazardous weather
events. These talks will focus on the hazardous weather events that impact
the region. The talks are free and typically last
