Lake Erie ice cover Jan 16th, 2003
| This image was taken at 1:15PM on January 16th. As you can see, Lake Erie has significant ice cover on its western as well as northern ends. However, lake effect snow bands are also occurring off the open waters of the lake. Snow bands are also present off wide open Lake Ontario as well as Lake Huron. |
