AS OF THURSDAY JANUARY 31, THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CARIBOU
MAINE HAD RECORDED 97.8 INCHES OF SNOWFALL AT THE CARIBOU AIRPORT
SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE 2007/2008 SNOWFALL SEASON LAST OCTOBER
1ST. THIS TOTAL ACCUMULATION WAS THE GREATEST TOTAL ACCUMULATION FOR
THIS PERIOD SINCE RECORDS BEGAN BACK IN 1939, PUTTING CARIBOU ON
TRACK FOR ITS SNOWIEST SEASON EVER.

WINTER WEATHER PATTERN IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE FORESEEABLE
FUTURE, THEREFORE CARIBOU REMAINS ON TRACK TO EXPERIENCE ITS
SNOWIEST SEASON EVER WHILE BANGOR IS ON TRACK TO FINISH WELL UP IN
