AS OF FEBRUARY 20 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CARIBOU MAINE HAD
RECORDED 137.6 INCHES OF SNOWFALL AT THE CARIBOU AIRPORT SINCE
OCTOBER 1ST, THE BEGINNING OF THE 2007/2008 SNOWFALL SEASON. THIS
SNOWFALL WAS THE 8TH GREATEST SNOWFALL TOTAL SINCE RECORDS BEGAN IN
1939. HOWEVER, THE PACE OF ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL SO FAR THIS
2007/2008 SEASON IS 8.1 INCHES GREATER THAN THE NEXT CLOSEST YEAR,
KEEPING CARIBOU ON TRACK FOR ITS 2ND SNOWIEST SEASON EVER.

SNOWFALL ACCUMULATION WOULD BE 96.3 INCHES, OR NINTH ALL TIME.
