Soaring Forecasts for FAA FSS:
These forecasts are produced from the morning balloon-sounding at the specified site, and may not be representative of conditions outside the immediate area. If the morning sounding is not available, or has been terminated abnormally, the SOAR Forecast will not be available. Also some upper air bulletins that get produced are in the wrong format which causes the soaring program to terminate abruptly.
