Local Observer wins Thomas Jefferson Award
Jefferson Award winner, Henry Lush, holds an antique barometer on exhibit at his small museum located in Galeton, Pennsylvania. The museum features local and family historical items that span over 100 years including the original weather records his grandfather took in February 1931.
