Think it has been a snowy winter?
If you think the winter has been a bit on the snowy side, depending on where you are you may be right. The following maps show seasonal snowfall through the end of February. The second map shows what is normal for your area. It can be seen that so far, thanks to several monster storms, most of the State College forecast area is running much above normal.
