* RUNOFF FROM SNOW MELT CAUSED BY WARM TEMPERATURES THIS PAST

AS TEMPERATURES FALL BELOW FREEZING. HOWEVER...HEAVY RAINFALL OF

TO RUNOFF INTO MANY AREA RIVERS. THIS HAS RESULTED IN FLOOD
WARNINGS FOR PARTS OF THE WESTERN MOHAWK VALLEY AND SOUTHERN
  ADIRONDACKS.

* THE ADDITIONAL RUNOFF FROM SNOW MELT AND THE HEAVY RAIN COULD
RESULT IN ADDIITONAL MINOR TO MODERATE FLOODING ACROSS THE
FLOOD WATCH AREA THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING BASED ON
CURRENT FORECASTS.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE ALERT FOR POSSIBLE

PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION SHOULD FLOODING DEVELOP.
