A BAND OF LIGHT TO AN OCCASIONAL MODERATE INTENSITY SNOWFALL WILL
MOVE ACROSS THE MOHAWK VALLEY...CAPITAL REGION...SOUTHERN GREEN
MOUNTAINS...BERKSHIRES...TACONICS AND THE MID HUDSON RIVER THROUGH
THE REMAINDER OF THIS THURSDAY EVENING. SURFACE TEMPERATURES WERE
IN THE LOWER TO MIDDLE 30S...SO MOST OF THE SNOW WILL ACCUMULATE
ON GRASSY AND ELEVATED SURFACES. ACCUMULATIONS THROUGH 11 PM WILL
RANGE FROM A DUSTING TO AROUND 1 INCH. MOTORISTS WILL LIKELY
ENCOUNTER CHANGES IN VISIBILITIES DUE TO THE SNOW AND WET
ROADWAYS. LEAVE PLENTY OF ROOM BETWEEN NEIGHBORING MOTORISTS AND
UTILIZE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS.
