LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS...PRODUCING STRONG WINDS UP TO 35 KNOTS FROM 
13 NM SOUTHWEST OF PORT COLBORNE TO 7 NM SOUTH OF DUNKIRK...MOVING 
NORTHEAST AT 35 KNOTS.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
SILVER CREEK...
STURGEON POINT...
BUFFALO...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 35 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK
SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.

INTENSE LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM. IF CAUGHT ON THE OPEN
