* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 60 MPH.

* IMPACTS...WINDS OF THIS MAGNITUDE MAY BRING DOWN SOME TREE 
  LIMBS AND POWER LINES RESULTING IN SCATTERED POWER OUTAGES.
