...A NARROW BAND OF HEAVY SNOW WILL CROSS THE AREA OVER THE NEXT 
HOUR... 

* A NARROW BAND OF HEAVY SNOW CAPABLE OF PRODUCING SNOWFALL RATES OF 
2 TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR AND NEAR ZERO VISIBILITY IS MOVING EASTWARD 
ACROSS ALLEGANY...SOUTHEAST LIVINGSTON...AND ONTARIO COUNTIES 
THROUGH 315 PM. THIS SNOW BAND WAS LOCATED FROM JUST EAST OF OLEAN 
TO CANANDAIGUA AND MOVING EAST AT 15 TO 20 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED BY THE LAKE EFFECT SNOW BAND INCLUDE...
  WHITESVILLE...
  HONEOYE...
  NAPLES...
  WELLSVILLE...
  DANSVILLE...
  CANANDAIGUA...

THIS INCLUDES INTERSTATE 390 BETWEEN EXITS 4 AND 5.

THIS INCLUDES INTERSTATE 86 BETWEEN EXITS 29 AND 33.

DRIVING WITHIN THIS SNOW BAND WILL BE VERY DIFFICULT WITH SNOW
COVERED ROADS AND VERY POOR VISIBILITY. IF TRAVELING ACROSS THE AREA
ALLOW FOR PLENTY OF EXTRA TIME TO REACH YOUR DESTINATION.

IF YOU MUST TRAVEL...BE PREPARED BY HAVING AN EMERGENCY KIT...EXTRA
BLANKETS AND WARM CLOTHING IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR VEHICLE HAS
