* LOCATIONS...EASTERN WAYNE AND NORTHERN CAYUGA COUNTIES.

* TIMING...FROM LATE THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH LATE FRIDAY MORNING.

* HAZARDS...SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...AN INCH OR LESS TODAY...2 TO 4 INCHES
  TONIGHT...AND AROUND AN INCH FRIDAY...LEADING TO STORM TOTALS OF
  3 TO 5 INCHES.

* IMPACTS...ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL RESULT IN SNOW COVERED AND 
  SLIPPERY ROADS AT TIMES ALONG WITH REDUCED VISIBILITY.
