* TIMING...THROUGH LATE SUNDAY MORNING.

* HAZARDS...WET SNOW OVERNIGHT THEN TAPERING TO PATCHY FREEZING
  DRIZZLE SUNDAY MORNING.

* ACCUMULATIONS...WET SNOW ACCUMULATING 3 TO 5 INCHES OVERNIGHT
  AND AN INCH OR LESS SUNDAY. HIGHER ACCUMULATIONS ACROSS THE
  HIGHER TERRAIN. ICE ACCUMULATING UP TO ONE TENTH OF AN INCH
  SUNDAY.

* IMPACTS...SEVERAL INCHES OF HEAVY WET SNOW WILL RESULT IN SLICK
  ROADS...RESULTING IN HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS. IN ADDITION
  THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR THE HEAVY SNOW TO ACCUMULATE ON
  POSSIBLY BRING DOWN SMALL TREE BRANCHES AND LIMBS...RESULTING IN
  ISOLATED POWER OUTAGES. PATCHY FREEZING DRIZZLE SUNDAY WILL ADD
  TO HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS.

* HAZARDS...MIXED WINTER PRECIPITATION CHANGING TO WET SNOW
  OVERNIGHT EXCEPT ACROSS PORTIONS OF OSWEGO COUNTY WHERE A MIX
  WILL REMAIN MUCH OF THE NIGHT CUTTING BACK ON SNOW TOTALS.
  PATCHY FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL BE FOUND SUNDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
  MONDAY MORNING.

* ACCUMULATIONS...WET SNOW AND SLEET ACCUMULATING 2 TO 4 INCHES
  OVERNIGHT...UP TO 2 INCHES SUNDAY...AN INCH OR LESS SUNDAY
  NIGHT...AND AN INCH OR LESS MONDAY...LEADING TO STORM TOTALS OF
  3 TO 6 INCHES. HIGHEST TOTALS ACROSS THE TUG HILL WITH MUCH LESS
  ACROSS THE LOWER TERRAIN. ICE ACCUMULATING LESS THAN ONE TENTH OF AN
