* HAZARDS...SNOW...SLEET...AND FREEZING RAIN CHANGING TO ALL SNOW
  THIS EVENING.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATING 3 TO 6 INCHES TONIGHT AND AN
  INCH OR LESS SUNDAY. HIGHEST ACCUMULATIONS ACROSS THE HIGHER
  TERRAIN. ICE ACCUMULATING LESS THAN ONE TENTH OF AN INCH SUNDAY.

* IMPACTS...SEVERAL INCHES OF WET HEAVY SNOW WILL RESULT IN 
  SLICK ROADS...RESULTING IN HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS. IN 
  ADDITION THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR THE HEAVY SNOW TO 
  ACCUMULATE ON POSSIBLY BRING DOWN SMALL TREE BRANCHES AND
