...ALL RIVER FORECAST POINTS WERE BELOW FLOOD STAGE THIS MORNING...
  
MOISTURE WILL CONTINUE SPREADING INTO THE FORECAST AREA FROM THE 
SOUTH TODAY AHEAD OF LOW PRESSURE IN THE GULF OF MEXICO. RAIN WILL
OVERSPREAD THE AREA FROM SOUTH TO NORTH ALTHOUGH THE BULK OF THE 
RAIN WILL OCCUR TONIGHT. HIGH MOISTURE SHOULD CONTINUE THROUGH 
SATURDAY NIGHT ASSOCIATED WITH THE OFFSHORE LOW. 

NO FLOODING IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME ALTHOUGH THERE IS STILL SOME
UNCERTAINTY REGARDING RAINFALL AMOUNTS WITH THIS SYSTEM. TOTAL 
FORECAST RAINFALL AMOUNTS THROUGH SUNDAY ARE AROUND 2 INCHES. IF THESE 
AMOUNTS OCCUR HERE AND IN THE HEADWATERS...FLOODING MAY OCCUR AT
SOME OF THE RIVER FORECAST POINTS.
