HIGH PRESSURE BUILDING DOWN FROM THE GREAT LAKES WILL DIRECT COOL
AND DRY AIR ACROSS THE AREA THROUGH THURSDAY. A WEAK LOW PRESSURE
SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO CROSS THE AREA THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY...
WITH LITTLE OR NO PRECIPITATION EXPECTED. 

MINOR STAGE FLUCTUATIONS WILL CONTINUE ON AREA RIVERS THROUGH THE 
END OF THE WEEK...AND WILL BE DRIVEN BY POWER-GENERATING ACTIVITY 
AT UPSTREAM RESERVOIRS.
