...ALL RIVER FORECAST POINTS REMAIN BELOW FLOOD STAGE...

ONE MORE DAY OF DRY WEATHER TODAY AS HIGH PRESSURE REMAINS OVER THE
AREA.  THIS WILL BEGIN CHANGING LATE TONIGHT INTO MONDAY AS AN AREA
OF LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS ALONG THE NORTHEASTERN GULF OF MEXICO.  THIS 
THE SURFACE HIGH THAT HAS BEEN OVER THE CAROLINAS WILL WEAKEN...ALLOWING
THE GULF COAST LOW TO BEGIN MOVING NORTHEASTWARD AND INTO THE AREA LATE
MONDAY INTO TUESDAY.  IN ADVANCE OF THIS LOW...WINDS WILL TURN MORE
EASTERLY...WHICH WILL ALLOW PLENTY OF ATLANTIC MOISTURE TO FLOW ACROSS
THE REGION.  RAIN CHANCES WILL INCREASE DRAMATICALLY FROM MONDAY INTO
TUESDAY.  BEHIND THE LOW...HIGH PRESSURE WILL ONCE AGAIN WEDGE BACK 
INTO THE REGION FROM WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.  ONLY MINOR FLUCTUATIONS
ARE FORECASTED ON AREA RIVERS THROUGH THE PERIOD.
