DAILY RIVER AND LAKE SUMMARY
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE COLUMBIA SC
1053 AM EST WED NOV 19 2014

...ALL RIVER FORECAST POINTS WERE BELOW FLOOD STAGE THIS MORNING...

DRY HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD OVER THE AREA FOR THE NEXT FEW
DAYS. RUNOFF FROM RECENT RAINFALL WILL NOT BE ENOUGH FOR ANY
SUBSTANTIAL STAGE RISES ON AREA RIVERS. COLD ARCTIC AIR WILL
REMAIN OVER THE AREA THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK...BUT SHOULD
SLOWLY MODERATE. THEREFORE...POWER GENERATING ACTIVITY AT
UPSTREAM RESERVOIRS MAY RESULT IN SOME SIGNIFICANT WATER
RELEASES AND AT LEAST MINOR STAGE RISES ON SOME AREA RIVERS.
