* TIMING...STRONGEST WINDS OVERNIGHT THROUGH EARLY SUNDAY
  AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...STRONG WIND GUSTS MAY DOWN TREE LIMBS AND POWER 
  LINES. DRIVING HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES WILL BE DIFFICULT... 
  ESPECIALLY ON ELEVATED ROADWAYS AND BRIDGES. BLOWING SNOW MAY 
  REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO NEAR ZERO AT TIMES...EVEN AFTER NEW 
  SNOW HAS STOPPED FALLING. THIS WILL MAKE TRAVEL AND SNOW 
  REMOVAL EFFORTS DIFFICULT.

A HIGH WIND WARNING MEANS A HAZARDOUS HIGH WIND EVENT IS EXPECTED
OR OCCURRING. SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS OF AT LEAST 40 MPH OR GUSTS
OF 58 MPH OR MORE CAN LEAD TO PROPERTY DAMAGE.

VEHICLES. USE EXTRA CAUTION.
