WEATHER SUMMARY FOR SOUTHEASTERN NY...NORTHEASTERN NJ AND

SOUTHERN CT

HIGH PRESSURE REMAINS OVER AND TO THE EAST OF THE AREA THROUGH THE 

END OF THE WEEK. AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE PASSES THROUGH OVERNIGHT 

AS WELL AS ANOTHER ONE PASSING THROUGH THURSDAY INTO FRIDAY.



A CHANCE OF SHOWERS OVERNIGHT WILL ACCOMPANY THE DISTURBANCE WITH 

LOWS NEAR NORMAL...LOWER TO UPPER 60S WITH A FEW INTERIOR LOCATIONS 

TOUCHING THE UPPER 50S. 



A CHANCE OF SHOWERS CONTINUES THROUGH THE DAY THURSDAY...ESPECIALLY 

DURING THE FIRST HALF OF THE DAY...WITH ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS 

POSSIBLE NORTH AND WEST OF NEW YORK CITY. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL BE 

SLIGHTLY BELOW NORMAL...UPPER 70S TO LOWER 80S. LOWS WILL BE IN THE 

LOWER TO UPPER 60S. THE CHANCE OF SHOWERS CONTINUES THROUGH THE 

FIRST PART OF THE DAY FRIDAY AS THE UPPER DISTURBANCE IS SLOW TO 

MOVE EAST. HIGHS ON FRIDAY WILL BE WELL BELOW NORMAL...LOWER TO 

MIDDLE 70S.
