GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS TO 25 KT WERE OCCURRING ALONG PORTIONS OF
THE NEW JERSEY AND DELAWARE COASTS DURING MIDDAY. THESE WINDS
SHOULD SUBSIDE TO 22 KNOTS OR LESS BETWEEN 130 PM AND 330 PM.

THE STRONGEST WINDS WERE ALONG THE SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY COAST SOUTH
OF BARNEGAT INTO THE ENTRANCE OF DELAWARE BAY TO NEAR LEWES DELAWARE.
