26 NM NORTHEAST OF DELAWARE LIGHTSHIP BUOY 44009 TO 16 NM SOUTHWEST
OF DELAWARE LIGHTSHIP BUOY 44009...OR FROM 8 NM NORTHEAST OF FIVE
FATHOMS BUOY TO 6 NM SOUTHEAST OF OCEAN CITY...MOVING EAST AT 35
KNOTS.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  OVER DELAWARE LIGHTSHIP BUOY 44009 AT 1125 PM EDT...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
