THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  COASTAL WATERS FROM MANASQUAN INLET TO LITTLE EGG INLET NJ OUT 20 
  NM... 

AT 134 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SMALL LINE OF STRONG 
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THESE 
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR FORKED 
RIVER TO NEAR HARVEY CEDARS TO NEAR SHIP BOTTOM TO NEAR BEACH 
HAVEN...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT LOCALLY GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY 
HIGHER WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE 
HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
