DELAWARE ATLANTIC WATERS IS PRODUCING STRONG NORTHWEST...

AT 1201 PM EST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A 
LINE OF SHOWER PRODUCING STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS... 
FROM 25 NM NORTHEAST OF DEEPWATER REEF TO 39 NM SOUTHWEST OF 
DELAWARE LIGHTSHIP BUOY 44009...OR FROM 13 NM SOUTHEAST OF LITTLE 
EGG REEF TO 18 NM EAST OF RACCOON POINT...MOVING EAST AT 40 TO 45 
KNOTS.

THE SHOWERS AND STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS WILL BE NEAR...
  OVER DELAWARE LIGHTSHIP BUOY 44009 AT 1220 PM EST...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...AND 
LOCALLY HIGHER WAVES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY 
UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES. THEREAFTER A STRONG NORTHWEST DEVELOPS 
BETWEEN 4 PM AND 6 PM.
