STRONG LOW PRESSURE IS FORECAST TO PASS TO THE WEST OF NEW
ENGLAND ON CHRISTMAS EVE AND CHRISTMAS DAY. CONFIDENCE INCREASES
THAT THE AREA WILL SEE A HEAVY RAINFALL...WHICH COMBINED WITH
SNOW MELT FROM VERY WARM TEMPERATURES...COULD LEAD TO FLOODING OF
RIVERS AND STREAMS. STRONG WINDS AND COASTAL FLOODING ARE ALSO
POSSIBLE.
