AT 319 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED NUMEROUS STRONG 
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THESE 
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR 
CURRITUCK SOUND TO HIGHWAY 94 BRIDGE...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 10 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
