  RIVER AND THE MOUTH OF THE PERQUIMANS RIVER...

* UNTIL 1045 PM EST

* AT 908 PM EST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS...PRODUCING STRONG WINDS 34 KNOTS OR GREATER
  FROM 12 NM NORTH OF HIGHWAY 94 BRIDGE TO 22 NM SOUTHWEST OF HIGHWAY
  94 BRIDGE...OR FROM 8 NM NORTH OF EDENTON TO 19 NM NORTH OF BATH...
  MOVING EAST AT 20 KNOTS.
