...TIDAL DEPARTURES AROUND 2 FEET ABOVE NORMAL THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON...

* LOCATION...ATLANTIC COASTAL LOCATIONS OF THE LOWER MARYLAND EASTERN
  SHORE...INCLUDING OCEAN CITY.

* TIMING...WITHIN 2 HOURS WITHER SIDE OF HIGH TIDE THIS AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...LOW LYING AND FLOOD PRONE AREAS MAY EXPERIENCE SOME
  NUISANCE TO VERY MINOR FLOODING. MINOR FLOODING BEGINS AT 4.0
  FEET MLLW AT OCEAN CITY INLET. THE PEAK WATER LEVEL IS EXPECTED
  TO FALL A FEW TENTHS SHORT OF THIS LEVEL.

* TIDES...ABOUT 2 FEET ABOVE NORMAL THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON.

* OUTLOOK...DEPARTURES WILL DROP LATER THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH
  TONIGHT...NO ADDITIONAL FLOODING IS EXPECTED.
