MARYLAND...COASTAL NORTHEAST NORTH CAROLINA...THE NORTHERN OUTER 
BANKS OF NORTH CAROLINA...SOUTH HAMPTON ROADS VIRGINIA AND THE 
EASTERN SHORE OF VIRGINIA.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

RAIN WILL SPREAD SOUTH TO NORTH ALONG THE COAST THIS EVENING AS
LOW PRESSURE ORGANIZES OFF THE SOUTHEAST COAST. MODERATE TO HEAVY
RAINFALL IS EXPECTED...ESPECIALLY AFTER MIDNIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

LOW PRESSURE WILL TRACK NORTHEAST OFF THE MID ATLANTIC COAST
WEDNESDAY. A NORTH WIND OF 20 TO 25 MPH...WITH GUSTS TO 35 TO 40
MPH IS EXPECTED...AND WILL BE STRONGEST ALONG THE IMMEDIATE
ATLANTIC COAST. MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE...ESPECIALLY
DURING THE MORNING HOURS.
