ESPECIALLY EAST OF INTERSTATE 95. THIS MAY LEAD TO LOCALIZED
MINOR FLOODING OF URBAN AREAS...LOW LYING AREAS...AREAS OF POOR
DRAINAGE...AND RISES OF SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS.
