SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED FRIDAY NIGHT INTO LATE
SATURDAY MORNING AS UNSEASONABLY COLD AIR SWEEPS INTO THE AREA. 
LITTLE TO NO SNOWFALL ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED. THE STORM SYSTEM
WILL ALSO BRING GUSTY WINDS FROM THE NORTHWEST ON SATURDAY
AFTERNOON. TEMPERATURES WILL FALL TO NEAR FREEZING SATURDAY
NIGHT...AND ARE EXPECTED TO FALL BELOW FREEZING ON SUNDAY NIGHT.

ELEVATIONS. GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON WILL HAVE
THE POTENTIAL TO BRING DOWN A FEW TREES AND CAUSE POWER
OUTAGES...AS WELL AS CAUSE WIND CHILL TEMPERATURES TO FALL INTO
THE 20S.

UPSLOPE SNOW SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY AS
UNSEASONABLY COLD AIR SWEEPS INTO THE AREA. FOUR TO SIX INCHES OF
SNOW ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED ABOVE 3000 FEET IN THE NORTH
CAROLINA HIGH COUNTRY...AND IN FAR WESTERN VIRGINIA IN THE
VICINITY OF MOUNT ROGERS. LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE
POSSIBLE AT LOWER ELEVATIONS. GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS ON SATURDAY
AFTERNOON WILL HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO BRING DOWN A FEW TREES AND
