AT 825 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A 
LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS...FROM CAPE CHARLES LIGHT TO FISH HOOK...OR 
FROM CAPE CHARLES LIGHT TO 2 NM SOUTHEAST OF FISH HOOK...MOVING 
NORTHEAST AT 15 KT.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  SHIP SHOAL INLET AT 850 AM. 
  HOT DOG AREA OFF VIRGINIA BEACH AT 855 AM. 
  SAND SHOAL INLET AT 900 AM. 
  TRIANGLE REEF AT 915 AM. 

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS OF UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER 
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR 
IMMEDIATELY OR REMAIN IN PORT UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
