SURGE OF COLDER AIR ALONG WITH A BROKEN LINE OF SHOWERS...FROM 11 NM 
NORTH OF COLEMAN BRIDGE TO 17 NM NORTHWEST OF COBHAM BAY...OR FROM 5 
NM NORTHWEST OF MOBJACK BAY TO 17 NM NORTHWEST OF COBHAM 
BAY...MOVING SOUTH...SOUTHEAST AT 10 KT.

THE STRONG WINDS WILL BE NEAR...
  COLEMAN BRIDGE AT 600 PM. 
  COBHAM BAY AT 615 PM. 
  JAMES RIVER BRIDGE...HAMPTON RIVER INLET...HAMPTON FLATS...DOMINION
  PIER AT 700 PM. 

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS OF AROUND 25 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER 
WAVES...AND BRIEF HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
