AREAS OF FOG WILL PERSIST OVER THE LOWER CHESAPEAKE BAY...LOWER
JAMES RIVER...CURRITUCK SOUND AND ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS LATE
THIS MORNING. VISIBILITIES WILL GENERALLY RANGE FROM ONE TO THREE
MILES...DROPPING BELOW ONE MILE AT TIMES. THE FOG IS EXPECTED TO
SLOWLY DISSIPATE EARLY THIS AFTERNOON. REDUCED VISIBILITIES WILL
MAKE NAVIGATION DIFFICULT AS SUDDEN DROPS IN VISIBILITY MAY OCCUR.
