  WATERS FROM CAPE CHARLES LIGHT TO VIRGINIA - NORTH CAROLINE BORDER 
  FROM 20 TO 40 NM... 
  WATERS FROM NC VA BORDER TO CURRITUCK BEACH LIGHT NC FROM 20 TO 40 
  NM... 

AT 500 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 13 NM EAST OF
HOT DOG AREA OFF VIRGINIA BEACH TO NEAR SOUTH TOWER TO 6 NM SOUTHEAST
OF ALLIGATOR RIVER BRIDGE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 KNOTS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
SOUTH TOWER AND KILL DEVIL HILLS. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
