2 NM WEST OF WINDMILL POINT...MOVING EAST AT 15 KT.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  NORTHERN NECK REEF AT 305 PM. 
  SAN MARCOS WRECK AT 325 PM. 
  TANGIER ISLAND AT 335 PM. 
  NANDUA PUNGOTEAGUE REEF...WATTS ISLAND...ANGLERS REEF...LOWER
  BERNARD ISLAND AT 345 PM. 

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS OF 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER WAVES...
LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE
HARBOR IMMEDIATELY OR REMAIN IN PORT UNTIL THESE STORMS PASSES.
