AT 812 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS AND SMALL HAIL. THIS
THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED NEAR THE CENTER OF THE ALBEMARLE SOUND...OR
7 NM NORTHEAST OF THE MOUTH OF THE PERQUIMANS RIVER...MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 30 KNOTS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
CURRITUCK SOUND...CURRITUCK BEACH AND KILL DEVIL HILLS. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
