AREAS OF FOG WILL PERSIST OVER THE LOWER CHESAPEAKE BAY...LOWER
JAMES RIVER AND ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS THIS MORNING. VISIBILITIES
WILL GENERALLY RANGE FROM ONE TO THREE MILES...DROPPING BELOW ONE
MILE AT TIMES. FOG WILL LINGER THROUGH MID MORNING...LIFTING AROUND 9
AM EST. REDUCED VISIBILITIES WILL MAKE NAVIGATION DIFFICULT AS SUDDEN
DROPS IN VISIBILITY MAY OCCUR.
