  CABBAGE PATCH...PLANTATION LIGHT...BUOY 36A...CAPE CHARLES HARBOR
  AT 700 PM. 

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS OF UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER 
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
