SANDBRIDGE...OR FROM 2 NM SOUTHEAST OF THIMBLE SHOALS TO 20 NM SOUTH 
OF MONITOR MERRIMACK BRIDGE TUNNEL...MOVING EAST AT 15 KT.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  BLUEFISH ROCK...LITTLE CREEK AT 430 PM. 
  1ST ISLAND BAY BRIDGE AT 440 PM. 
  CHESAPEAKE BAY BRIDGE TUNNEL AT 445 PM. 
  4TH ISLAND BAY BRIDGE...LYNNHAVEN AT 450 PM. 
  CAPE HENRY WRECK AT 505 PM. 
  VIRGINIA BEACH OCEANFRONT...RUDEE INLET AT 520 PM. 

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS OF 25 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER WAVES...
AND POSSIBLE LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR 
IMMEDIATELY OR REMAIN IN PORT UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
