THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  JAMES RIVER FROM JAMES RIVER BRIDGE TO HAMPTON ROADS 
  BRIDGE-TUNNEL... 
  JAMES RIVER FROM JAMESTOWN TO THE JAMES RIVER BRIDGE... 
  YORK RIVER... 

AT 313 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR COBHAM
BAY TO NEAR HAMPTON RIVER INLET TO 8 NM SOUTH OF LYNNHAVEN...MOVING
NORTH AT 30 KNOTS.

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  COBHAM BAY...
  COLEMAN BRIDGE...WILLOUGHBY BAY...AND
  MONITOR MERRIMACK BRIDGE TUNNEL.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
