...GUSTY NORTH WINDS WILL ACCOMPANY A COLD FRONT DROPPING OVER THE
WATERS LATE THIS EVENING...

A COLD FRONT IS DROPPING ACROSS THE WATERS LATE THIS
EVENING...RESULTING IN A RAPID INCREASE IN NORTHERLY WINDS BEHIND
THE FRONT. AT 1050 PM EST...THE FRONT WAS LOCATED NEAR
SANDBRIDGE...DROPPING SOUTHWARD. THE FRONT WILL BE OVER THE
ALBERMARLE SOUND AND ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS BY 1145 PM EST.
MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS OF 33 KNOTS AND LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY OR REMAIN IN
PORT. 

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IS ALSO IN EFFECT THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING.
