TIDAL POTOMAC RIVER...

WATER LEVELS ON THE TIDAL POTOMAC RIVER AND MARYLAND PORTION OF
THE CHESAPEAKE BAY REMAIN EXTREMELY LOW DUE TO GUSTY NORTHWEST
WINDS. TIDAL ANOMALIES OF 1 TO 1.5 FEET BELOW NORMAL ARE EXPECTED
THROUGH THIS EVENING. 

MARINERS SHOULD CHECK NAVIGATION CHARTS AND BE CAREFUL NOT TO
GROUND VESSELS...PARTICULARLY WHEN BOATING AWAY FROM THE MAIN
CHANNEL.
