  LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF
  34 KNOTS FROM 9 NM WEST OF SEVERN RIVER TO 24 NM WEST OF PLUM
  POINT...MOVING EAST AT 25 KNOTS.

  CHESAPEAKE BAY FROM SANDY POINT TO NORTH BEACH MD.
  CHESAPEAKE BAY FROM POOLES ISLAND TO SANDY POINT MD.
  CHESAPEAKE BAY FROM NORTH BEACH TO DRUM POINT MD.
  EASTERN BAY.
  CHESTER RIVER TO QUEENSTOWN MD.
  CHOPTANK RIVER TO CAMBRIDGE MD AND THE LITTLE CHOPTANK RIVER.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

WATERSPOUTS CAN DEVELOP SUDDENLY AND CAN EASILY OVERTURN BOATS AND
CREATE LOCALLY HAZARDOUS WAVES. SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY.

WIND GUSTS OF AT LEAST 34 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGH WAVES AND DANGEROUS
LIGHTNING CAN BE EXPECTED. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
