NORTHAMPTON...BERTIE...GATES...HERTFORD PERSISTENT RAINFALL PORTIONS OF CENTRAL VIRGINIA...AND NORTHEAST NORTH CAROLINA IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH TODAY...CREATING THE POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING ACROSS THE AREA.
