...VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER LOUISA AND FLUVANNA COUNTIES...

AT 640 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A NEARLY SOLID 
AREA OF RAIN ACROSS CENTRAL VIRGINIA...EXTENDING FROM AROUND 
CHARLOTTESVILLE TO FREDERICKSBURG. RADAR ESTIMATED RAIN TOTALS WERE 
AVERAGING 1.5 TO 2.5 INCHES ACROSS A LARGE PART OF LOUISA AND 
FLUVANNA COUNTIES SINCE LATE TUESDAY EVENING. ADDITIONAL RAIN 
AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 1.5 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH MID MORNING. 
FLOODING OF POOR DRAINAGE AND LOW LYING AREAS ARE POSSIBLE AS A 
RESULT OF THE ADDITIONAL RAINFALL.

IF WATER COVERS THE ROAD AT A BRIDGE...DIP OR LOW SPOT...OR IS
FLOWING ACROSS THE ROAD...STOP AND TURN AROUND! THE WATER DEPTH MAY
BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN
RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED IMMEDIATELY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
