  OUT 40 NM

* UNTIL MIDNIGHT EDT

* AT 1130 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS FROM 30 MILES SOUTH OF CHESAPEAKE LIGHT
  TO NEAR DUCK BUOY...MOVING EAST AT 35 KT.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT WIND GUSTS UP TO 50 KT...LARGE HAIL...INCREASED
SEAS...DEADLY LIGHTNING AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE
HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN
PRODUCE WATERSPOUTS WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING. SEEK SAFE
HARBOR IF A WATERSPOUT IS SPOTTED.
