As satellite program leader, duties include:

Responsible for developing and maintaining the satellite program at NWSO Wakefield, VA which includes assisting the office staff in optimizing satellite data and interpretation in AWIPS, acquiring satellite training and reference materials, and accessing Satellite data from INTERNET (10/94 to present).

-Satellite Interpretation in-house course (5/92)

-Satellite Meteorology CD-ROM-Remote Sensing Using the New GOES Imager (8/97)

-Comet Satellite Meteorology (4/99)

-Learn about and help train in optimizing enhancement curves

-Learn about and help train in identifying all types of weather features in satellite imagery

-Find and assist in developing training materials

-Share interesting satellite-related web sites
